How to Become Eligible

Elite Seeding is for those runners who can run a Sub 37:00 (Men) or Sub 42:00 (Women) 10K.  Runners who wish to be considered for this category should email information verifying their ability to Susan Kramer, Midnight Sun Run Race Consultant, at racedirector@fra-alaska.net no later than Friday, June 19th at 5pm.

Second Seeding is for those runners who ran Sub 50:00 in the 2019 MSR but did not qualify for the Elite Seeding Corral.
